  • Reservations: To assist in providing you quality service, we request you book your reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No call, no show is billed 100% of the reservation rate. Vehicle will be released, and reservation converted to a No call, no show for the following reasons:
  1. Airport Pickups – if there is no contact from customer 2 hours after the plane has landed.
  2. Non-Airport Pickups – if there is no contact from the customer 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time – wait time may apply.
  • vipsuvs.com reserves the right to re-instate any no call, no show reservation.
  • Cancelled reservations for sedan and SUV airport transfers with notification of zero to 24 hours from scheduled pickup will be billed at 100%. Cancelled reservations with notification of more than 24 hours from the scheduled pickup will not be billed.
  • Reservations will be recognized as cancelled only upon the issuance of a trip cancelation notice. Please call in all cancellations to (818) 441-3240 Email requests may not be accepted.
  • Changing the pickup time or location for any order with less than 12 hours’ notice thus causing it impossible for the chauffeur to make the pickup may be billed at 100% and vipsuvs.com assumes no responsibility or liability. Requests for pickup time or location change MUST be phoned in to (818) 441-3240.
  • Wait time at NON airport pickups will be charged as follows: Driver arrives 15 minutes early from pickup time at no cost to you. after 0-15 minutes will be billed at zero. Wait time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at an estimated $15 per every 15 minutes increment for SUV / SEDAN
  • Wait time at airport pickups will NOT be charged at all PUBLIC airports when the scheduled pickup time is tied to a single flight arrival time Note, if the traveler is delayed more than 2 hours and does NOT contact the chauffeur with the flight delay, a timely pickup cannot be guaranteed. If the customer has a change in flight, that information must be called in to our office at (818) 441-3240 so we can update your reservation, failure to do so my result in a No-Show charge on the original reservation as well as a second charge for a replacement reservation.
  • Wait time may be charged at private airports at the discretion of vipsuvs.com
  • Luggage limitations: two pieces of luggage and one carry-on item per person for private car service and CAR may fit 3 Passengers with 3 large luggage and SUV 6 large luggage with 6 adults seating capacity.
  • In-Line Extra Stop Wait time in excess of 15 minutes will be charged at the standard wait time rate.
  • Non-In Line Stop will result in the original point to point or airport transfer reservation to be converted to two (2) point to point reservations or a charter/as directed reservation.
  • Holiday Rates: There will be an additional charge for travel on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and Easter.
  • Airport Greets:
  • Greeter less Greet is our complementary “worry free” customer pick up procedure: Please follow the following steps when you land at your destination airport:
  • 1. Turn on your Cell Phone.
  • 2. Locate your bags/luggage.
  • 3. Call you Chauffeur with the information found in the text/email message sent to your phone.
  • 4. Enjoy your trip with vipsuvs.com.

Lax Airport Pickup Instructions

If you cannot reach your chauffeur – please call (818) 441-3240.

  • Chauffeur/ Greeter Greets are $25-$40 per greet or $30-$60 per hour for group greets. Additional parking charges may apply. The chauffeur/greeter will meet the traveler at a key egress point from the terminal or baggage claim with an identifying sign (customers name, company name or other). This traditional approach to meeting the traveler also affords with luggage assistance. To secure your Chauffeur Greet, please contact your chauffeur directly via the contact information that will be e-mailed and/or texted to you the day before your travel or call (818) 441-3240

Event venue transportation minimum starting with flat rate. Passenger must be provided parking pass for driver to wait inside a venue or stadium. if NOT pickup location can’t be agented inside A stadium or venue, could be outside of location. vipsuvs.com is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines, and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Payment Options and terms:

Guaranteed Payment: All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be taken and may be charged 24 hours before pickup time.

  • Credit Cards: For reservations using a credit card as the form of payment, valid credit card information must be provided at time of reservation. The credit card will be charged 1 to 2 business days Before the reservation(s) is/are completed.
  • Direct Bill/Invoice: For those approved by vipsuvs.com or MOTOGRIPS LLC to pay by check or ACH, vipsuvs.com and MOTOGRIPS LLC will issue an invoice. The term for the invoice is Net 15. We reserve the right to issue partial or progress invoices.
  • If the customer ops to use a credit card to pay for a direct bill invoice, a 5% service fee will be added to the total cost.
  • Declined credit cards or bounced checks maybe be subject to penalty charge of $100.00 or 10% of the total (whichever is greater) per occurrence.
  • Unpaid balances will have 10% late fee charge added per month of the unpaid balance until the balance is paid in full. Late fees will start 48 hours after the payment was due in accordance with the above.

Customer Service Resolution: If your schedule pickup is delayed due to extraordinary traffic conditions to include but not limited to, extreme weather, road constriction, traffic accidents or acts of God, vipsuvs.com assumes no liability.
